High Hedge
Advice please..our new neighbours have told us they intend planting a line of pleached beech trees 3.60M high against their 2.00 high brick boundary wall ,our ground level is .60M lower than theirs ,so when the hedge is planted it will be 4.20 M high, our house is 1.50 M from the boundary wall ,is single storey and faces south ,we have windows which will lose light .
Our neighbour was very happy to tell us ,as beech is deciduous it will not come under the high hedge act, I have spoken to the Planners and have been told there is nothing they can do.
Our neighbours have a huge garden ,at a total loss as to what to do....
