Doronicum being eaten

My Little Leo's have come up really nicely but something is eating them quite aggressively. Doesn't seem to be slugs as it's each petal going... but who knows!

    I planted two little Leos - one has completely disappeared. Slugs do you think??

    We’ve never been
    bothered by slugs until this year. Now they’re eating everything … this week I bought three pots of flat leaf parsley from Wrose as the slugs had eaten the stuff in the garden. I left the pots on top of a 3’6” brick wall in the garden overnight … the next morning all I had was stumpy stalks. 

    At the moment I’m prepared to blame slugs for EVERYTHING!!! 😡 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
