Yes, prick them out into separate pots and grow-on until they have 5 true leaves and are about 5 to 6" tall. When at that stage, plant them deep, right up to the bottom leaves and firm the ground around each plant. That helps prevent wind-rock damaging the roots and the deeper planting make them less likely to 'blow'.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
