Holes in my Radish leaves

Can someone tell me what is eating my newly planted radishes leaves, they are round holes presume they are some creatures eating them, I have sprayed them with a light solution on fairy liquid and water, but would like to get to the bottom of it.

Are there lots of tiny holes?  It could be flea beetle if so.  Could you post a photo?

Small round holes that look like some tiny little hunter has taken a shotgun to them? Yes likely to be flea beetles, they don't generally do much harm to radishes other than cosmetic damage to the leaves. The only real "cure" is to net the area with a fine insect net as soon as you sow the seed, You can reduce the numbers by getting something sticky and moving it over the leaves about an inch up, flea beetles hop when disturbed and will hop up and get stuck as you wave your trap around. They are also not meant to like moist soil, so this long dry spell is probably helping them no end.

Is there any way to rid them totally

As @Skandi has said ... keep the soil moist. Your radishes will need watering anyway in order to swell,  and they’ll be ready to eat very shortly.
