Avocado

I have a single, fully grown (9 m high) healthy Avocado tree. It started to bear flowers for the last couple of years. But all the flowers wither away without turning into fruits. Not a single fruit so far. Please advise remedy

    This is a UK based forum so a temperate climate.  Avocadoes need tropical climes so I suggest you google for sites which have info on avocado cultivation to see what you can learn about soil, watering and pollinators and also pests.
