Conifer Fungus identification

Found my bushy Conifer infested with this orange fungus .. Berkshire... Looks a bit like pictures of Cedar Apple Fungus , but that seems to be a USA thing , & the Alien fruits look shorter than the USA pictures . I have cut off the worst but the main trunk is infested too. Is my apple tree in danger ? Any Thoughts?
