Plant ID please

Please can anyone tell us this shrub name>

    I hope someone can.
    There was an almost identical post last year with the same shrub. The question remained unanswered.
    I walk past one every day on my dog walk, it's currently smothered in buds about to break and looks stunning.
    The flowers look almost identical to individual lilac flowers.

    @Pete.8 I believe syringa is a form of lilac. So you were on the right lines 😊
