Grow lights
Can anyone recommend a good indoor grow light for plants? I have started seedlings in my shed but my shed is quite dark and I dont have room for a greenhouse. I was thinking of getting a full spectrum light, I think, but not sure which lights are considered good ones. I am after a cheaper make rather than a high end expensive one. If anyone can give advice or recommendations, I would be grateful. Many thanks

While I have no other grow light to compare with I've been very pleased with it. I have grown and started stuff through the winter, it doesn't get hot, and the light is white which was better for its placement in the kitchen.
It isn't very big which could be a downside, though they can easily be daisy-chained.
You could try something like this

LED's are more efficient these days but they are either very expensive or the suppliers keep changing. It is still a new market. A very good one I bought on Amazon last year is now already no longer available.
The root-It LED posted by Astro is very good but quite expensive imo for only 10 watts of light.
This one can produce 20 watts of light but can also be dimmed
