What is this nest? Pic attached!

Hi all,

Noticed a small mound of soil/sand on the lawn last week, it seems to have a perfect hole in the middle, about the size of a 5 pence piece. Since then I've noticed around 4 or 5 appear either on the lawn or in the beds. I haven't seen any insects entering or exiting though 🤔 just wondering if anyone can identify? Wondering if I need to be cautious around them?

Could it be a ground bee?  I get them occasionally and always assumed that's what they were, interesting to know for sure though.

Looks like a sort of solitary bee.

This site has pics of holes like you have.
