Woodland plant ID please

Hi all, spotted these little beauties today in the woods near my house in Kent. Are they a type of trillium?

    I'm not sure, never seen those before- they are rather nice though. Hopefully somebody else can identify them for you.

    Thanks, I do a LOT of local walking and I’m surprised I’ve never seen them before either!

    I think it's Paris quadrifolia or herb paris.  Very elegant!
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
