Anti covid roadside planting

Morning all, here’s one of my ways of fighting back against covid, gradually colonising and cheering this neglected neighbouring communal roadside patch in north London I call ‘The Curve’.
About one third done to date; heavy duty rubble clearance required (thanks builders) and a huge colony of Allium triquetrum to eradicate by hand, plus a nasty slope to deal with. Note how the Stipa tenuissima fare better at the top than the bottom – drainage alert!
The gaps are for summer and autumn-flowering perennials, which will go in shortly. All will be wildlife friendly; let’s see if I can tempt the bees around from my back garden.
Have a smashing weekend.
Cheers, Johnny
