Climbing French beans

Advice please? I have climbing French bean seedlings they look to be growing well however I think I have sown in too shallow a pot? Root is coming through the base of the pot. Should I quickly try and repot into a deeper pot or leave it for now? They only just germinated 2 days ago...

Depending on where you are, I'd say they're ready to go into the main plot where you intend them to stay.  As always, they'll be prone to slug attack so a few pellets round them won't hurt.  If you're liable to have more frosts, by all means move them to bigger pots but mine were that size when I planted them out 3 days ago.

Thank you Nick, I’ll plant some of these outside tomorrow and see what happens.  I think I’ll sow a few new ones into deeper pots too just in case!

I’m on the south coast so it’s quite mild already and I wouldn’t expect any frosts now.
