Polytunnel ground soggy

Hi quick question, my whole garden gets boggy and waterlogged when its wet, saying most of the time, so does my polytunnel, the ground is soggy giving of water, we only grow in pots and baskets, but it raises humidity even when hot and doors open, any ideas how to reduce this, putting down plastic sheeting, would this stop moisture raising?
