Hi
@robroberts83
and welcome 😊
It’s Arum maculatum aka Wild Arum, Lords & Ladies, Cuckoo Pint, Jack in the Pulpit and many other names ... a UK native wildflower.
It catches flies to pollinate that rather exotic looking flower.
It has brilliant scarlet berries in the autumn loved by wildlife but poisonous to us so best kept away from small children.

It also spreads rather well and is difficult to get rid of.
