Tree droppings. Damaging?

Afternoon :) we have a Tree which is raised above our garden (not ours). It drops these horrible yellow droppings. Are these seeds? If so will I have to pick everyone out?!

    They look like flowers. Too early for seeds. Many double cherries and the like are sterile anyway.  They will rot away where they land, or you could rake them up if you don't like them that much.

    Thank you :) I was paranoid they were seeds! As this is a new border/patio area which was only finished last year (dug down over a metre for a sunk patio hence why the tree is so far above us now!

    The flowers look more like Acer flowers, might it be Acer Platanoides Crimson King?
    Hard to be sure though, so I might be 100%  wrong.

    Maybe a better close up photo of the flowers and leaves of the tree would help.

    That looks very much like it! Wow. Are these good trees? I just assumed it was a rubbish waste of space 😂

    Bad wording on my behalf! Aha. I will get a closer photo @fidgetbones if that’s ok 😀.
