Lawn issues!

Anyone know why my lawn has these patches of light green grass and how to rectify it?

    A close up of the light green and dark green patches so we can see the difference in the plants would be useful.

    I will rephrase! She doesn't relieve herself on the lawn as she has been trained to go around the side of the house.
