  Yes..it's Camellia japonica 'Yours Truly'... it's a 'sport' of 'Lady Vansittart'...
  
  ...here in my picture below, you can see 'Lady Vansittart' [the white with a pink ripple] and how it 'sports' to different colours.. one of those colours was propagated and sold as 'Yours Truly'... you can see the same flower on the left  and near the bottom of this picture.. and several other blooms on it too..

  It looks like Camellia japonica Duchesse Decazes but there are so many similar crosses out there. Have a look here the listing includes the leaf form too http://www.oakleafgardening.com/plants/camellia-japonica-duchesse-decazes/
