Hedge problem

I am worried about my 2 year old griselinia hedge.  Hard to describe but it seems to be rising out of the border and is becoming unstable. The roots are becoming visible.  Any advice?

    It is more likely that the soil has settled and also been eroded in our rainy winter. Best answer is to replace the soil and mulch regularly, I think.

    Hi @clarks.edinburgh- as @Posy says, the rain/general weather has removed the soil so you need to replace that, and firm down the plants as you do so. 
    You may need to add an extra edging to contain it as the hedge is clearly raised higher than the kerb [?] edging that's there. That could be a temporary one- just some timber, and a few battens to hold it in place, just until the hedge gets better rooted into the ground/It could then be removed, and any soil there can be gently sloped up into the area around the plants. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
