What is this growing in my garden?

I've found this strange plant growing in my garden. Neither my wife or I can remember planting it but it is rather attractive. Any help figuring out what it is would be much appreciated.

    It looks like a Euphorbia - possiblt Euphorbia pasteurii. Very nice plants but avoid the sap as it is toxic and if it gets on your skin it can cause blistering in sunlight.
