  Do you mean Scilla peruviana? According to Wikipedia “Scilla peruviana, the Portuguese squill, is a species of Scilla native to the western Mediterranean region in Iberia, Italy, and northwest Africa.   It is called Scilla Peruviana ...not cos it came from Peru but it was brought back  to Bristol in a ship of that name.
