Lawn repair

Hi. How do I fix this bear patch. Every year this area becomes bear. I tired putting some soil and planting grass seed but still goes bear. What can I do ?

    Hi @Bluebelltime - have you got a wider view of the area, and more info - how is it used etc? What's growing round about, aspect?

    I'd be very worried if it was indeed a 'bear' area rather than a 'bare' one  ;)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Stop keeping bears! 😂 Cats are much less destructive.

    Looks like somewhere people walk a lot?  If so consider a path or those hexagonal plastic grids you can embed.

    Lol. Should have realized that was the problem all along !

    I tried taking a wider pic but couldn't upload it due to the MB six limit. 

    We or (bears :)) dont walk on that part alone. But only that part goes bare. I can assume there something wrong in that part of the soil.

    If you resize pix to about 1MB they load quicker - despite the supposed 5 or 6 MB limit  ;)
    The ground may just be a bit more compacted there [bears are heavy  :D ]
    You can try spiking/aerating it, to loosen it up a bit. It may also be drier in that section.

    Thanks. Will try spiking/aerating and see how that goes
