Blueberry curly leaves

I purchased a blueberry bush last year, it doesn’t seem to be doing so well. As you can see in the bellow picture, the leaves are stunted and curly and generally the plant doesn’t seem to be doing well.

I looked for pests and signs of disease but could find any. I have two other blueberry bushes next to this one and they are in full boom and thriving.

any ideas on what could be going wrong?

I don't think there is much to worry about. Mine have deformed leaves when they come out of winter rest that then grow straighter and faster the warmer it gets.

Blueberries flower at different times, some early, some later. It could be this one is just later flowering and will produce flowers later than the first 2. Now is the time for the early varieties, in a months time the mid season ones will open up and the lates not for another 2 months.
