Looking for ginger plants

I would like to have a go at growing some ginger this year but think that I’ve left it too late to try planting a piece and waiting for it to sprout.
Does anyone know of a company who sells ginger plug plants that have already sprouted? Any other advice or information about growing ginger would be much appreciated, I am quite green fingered but have only tried ginger once and it failed to sprout.
