Introduction

Hello

Happy to discover this forum and this beautiful community!

My name is Larbi, I am 61 years old and I live in France in the Parisian suburbs.

I am passionate about gardening, and I’m an good handyman.

Last year I invented a very simple lawn mower washing system that made my life a lot easier. I will tell you about it later!

Have a good day!

Never washed my mower either. It gets a quick once over with a stiff brush if it gets a lot of clippings stuck to it, and a wipe down with an oily rag at the end of the season. Cheap and easy!

"a lawn mower washing system"? Using a lawn mower as a washing machine? Sounds intriguing. Tell us more.

    We're awaiting the ad @Papi Jo  :D

I'm not sure why you would wash your mower, and you'd need to be sure it wasn't plugged in first..... ;)

Think @Hostafan1 washes his mower as he cuts the grass .., it’s always so wet 😉

My cutting deck has a hose attatchement you click the hose onto it, and switch the water and the blades going.
doesn't work though, unless it's pretty clean to start with.

I did look at the link on the OPs other thread before it got zapped. Looks like the product would only work on rotary mowers anyway, so no use to me even if I wanted such a product. Which I don't.
