Hello - does anyone know what this plant is? It is growing in the shade

    Wild Arum, a real thug, when digging out you must go really deep and make sure you have the small bulbil at the bottom of the root.

    That's Lords & Ladies @Pennyroyaltea or if you're a proper gardener its arum maculatum (had to look that up!) and difficult to get rid of.
