Identify cactus

Good morning,
I have two questions regarding my cactus. Firstly, can anyone tell me what type it is.
Secondly, an arm has dropped off and I was hoping to grow it on as a shoot hopefully, to create a new plant. How do I do this?

I think it's a Cactus Culebra or Snake Cactus

Maybe Aporocactus flagelliformis?
