Another week and they’ll be in full display mode although we’ve had a day of heavy rain here today which has knocked off quite a lot of the developing flowers unfortunately. I’ll post up some pics at the end of next week if I remember.
@alanaldred5 . I took some pics yesterday knowing this weeks heavy rain was coming

  • Looks very nice. All our flowers dropped a few days ago although it's not really rained that much. We had to prune it quite heavily because it was growing like mad. the trouble is things do grow quite fast here. (all the roses are out and the grape vine is showing a real abundance of raisins) Anyway, there's that many green leaves on it now I'm not sure it's going to flower again.

It may.  Mine do.   Give it a good, deep drink of water - 10 to 15 litres at a time - and try adding some liquid tomato feed every 7 to 10 days.   That will encourage flowering.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Hi Alanaldred5!  My wisteria is a bit sad this year too. The flowers (scraggy) have dropped off and but I have lots of leaves coming along. A wait and see situation!
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.
