Help with identification on plant

Hi all.
My wife and I have recently moved into a lovely house and we are currently renovating the whole garden, all 35m x 11m...... nothing else to do. We are moving several plants around before we start to landscape. I need help identifying this plant, we found it hidden under shrubs. As we like the wildlife, we are hoping maybe the birds can eat the berries.

    I have one in my garden, you get a lovely strong pleasant floral scent from this, definitely a keeper.

    It could be Sarcococca Confusa shrub. Any flowers on it? They will be small white flowers, and scented, but if hidden under a shrub it's been covered up.

    There are no flowers and no sign of it flowering any time soon

    It's probably already flowered as mine just has some lasting berries on it now.

    Agree with @Borderline, definitely Sarcococca. Nice plant to have!

    You can just see the remains of flowers on the right of your pic.
    Borderline is correct.Sarcoccoca confusa.
    The flowers are tiny and white...it flowers in the winter.
    Pic 2 shows male and female flowers.

    We have one near our front door ... the honeyed scent in winter sunshine is wonderful. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
