Star jasmine has dried leaves

Hi

My star jasmine that is well established and quite large has developed dried up leaves.  There are not a lot of them, just a few here and there.  Photo is attached.

Any idea what this is please anyone?

Just snip them off - they're the result of winter..

    Thank you Pete.8

I was quite worried about it.

It's almost certainly just a bit of winter damage, just snip back the affected stems.
The main problem with star jasmine is scale insects which look like little limpets on the back of the leaves, but so long as they don't dry out in the summer they're pretty tough plants (frost dangers aside) and so beautiful and perfumed when in flower.

Thanks again.  This is the full plant and I love it.
