Unknown bug eating my vegetables!

Hi

I have a raised vegetable patch and over the last few days a large number of my sprouting broccoli and sprout plants have been eaten.

I've managed to get a few photos of the small creatures which are causing the damage:

If anyone could let me know how I can deal with these little critters, I'd greatly appreciate it. I fear in a few more days I'll have nothing left.

Thanks

Looks like a mealworm which is a darkling beetle larvae. Birds will hoover them up so either attract birds to the area or pick them off by hand and put them on the bird table.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
