What should I do with this runny looking plant?

It seems to be having little blooms ready to flower but overall it looks pretty awful to me.. what would you recommend?

Your chrysanth/marguerite needs lots of light, so it's more susceptible
Some climbers self cling, but most do need a good support. That can be a trellis or just vine eyes with wire. It largely dependson the climber - some become very heavy.

Or - did a previous owner remove a plant?
There's a tall looking fence to the right as well - that would cast a fair bit of shade.
