Pittosporum tobira nanum yellow stunted leaves

Hi, can anyone help me diagnose what I’m doing wrong with my Pittosporum tobira nanum. I planted quite a few together to make a border last year,, and for some reason the leaves are  small stunted and turning yellow. The soil did test alkaline so I have been adding iron and seaweed feed since last year but no change. Any advise would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Hi, I did actually find out it was a spider mite infestation and maybe another type of scale insect that can be hard to detect until it’s out of control. I used bug spray (bug clear ultra concentrated) about three times even tho I did feel guilty as I know it’s bad on the other insects/environment but we have around 40 bushes and couldn’t afford to lose them all. I absolutely drenched them including the underside of the leaves. I now just use a neem oil spray mixed with water and soap every few weeks to keep them away, which isn’t toxic to bee’s etc.. It’s worked wonders and the bushes are now Green and growing.
