If I can get hold of of these would it be ok to plant now I know they are pretty must past now. Or Would I be better off waiting until sept/Oct and buying the plain bag of bulbs to plant then? Thankyou
Wait. You'll get fresher bulbs which will flower next spring.
Any unplanted bulbs you find now will be very stressed and, tho they may possibly produce leaves, you won't get flowers and they may not recover well enough to give you anything next year.

In past years we bought pots of Narcissus Tete a tete in Tesco. In full flower, only a £1.00 or so reduced. We popped them into really stony, poor ground. They continued to flower each year and still look strong...even bulking up very nicely.
Garden centres and supermarkets often sell these off once they've finished flowering. Dry bulbs might work out cheaper - it's worth doing some research before buying potted bulbs... If you do buy the Iris, plant it really deeply because then it's more likely to flower next year. Tete a tete daffs are less fussy.

The little Irises tend to diminish over time anyway, so I'd wait for those.
