Fern is Dying- Need Advice!

So....
my fern is dying. crunchy, dry leaves. back when it was in good health, i think the roots became too tightly bound and it was in too small a pot. I repotted it but I think it was too late. I need to know if and how it is possible to bring it back to life. Thank you

    It looks awful dead to me, but maybe something will emerge . I wouldn't hold out much hope, though. If you get another, make sure there is drainage -  pot on a saucer.
    Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from radiators.

    Is it a fern that's suitable for indoor cultivation?
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
