Plastic GC clogs. Surprisingly comfortable! £9.99 It's a hardy fuchsia. It got a lot of midday sun the other day. That's why I wondered. I'm not sure whether to put it back inside unheated porch or leave it out to harden up. Ive put it in a more sheltered spot out of the midday sun for now. Porch is filling up with seed trays
I'd leave it out too. It'll just shed those damaged leaves at some point. I doubt it'll do well long term in a pot though. It'll dry out too quickly. The hardy ones usually get quite large, but they like damp shade.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I don't know the name. It was a present. To be honest,I wouldn't have chosen it myself. This is year three. The container is big enough for now but I'll have to find somewhere to put it in the ground eventually. It's the usual, pink with purple centre not doubles. Looking at the shape of the leaves before damage I'd say it was of the hardy-ish variety.
You could cut back to the next set of leafs on the damaged stems to undamaged set of leafs it will be fine. As fairygirl says better in the ground with a bit of shade grows to about four to five feet tall good luck.

What is the plant?
It might simply be affected by being inside -in a pot?

I'd just leave it alone. Much less effort.
