It looks like a weed to me, possibly speedwell?

Maybe Anagallis arvensis...commonly called scarlet pimpernel.

Could well be but these leaves seem thicker, darker and shinier. The growth is right though. Maybe it's a particularly strong one. I'm very tolerant of pimpernels. I love the flowers.
