Can anyone help me identify this plant?  Just moved into a new house and these are all over the garden.  Is it a weed?

    Looks like one of the spreading hardy geraniums ... good ground cover in difficult spots, stony ground, under trees etc.  Some have lovely pungent leaves and good autumn leaf colour as well as the flowers ........... when it flowers someone on here will be able to ID it I have no doubt.  :)

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    It looks like one of the hardy geraniums often used as ground-cover.  It will flower soon and will then be more easily identified. :)
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
