Looks a bit like an ash sapling

I thought ash sapling at first but it's too early for them to be in leaf yet and a closer look made me decide that it is an Elder (elderberry) sapling.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Yes, you are right Bob. I couldn't see enough stem to really decide.
