   to show a single flower.
  It might be a well pruned Magnolia...but there again it could be something else.

  I thought Magnolia was the most likely for time of year etc - but it's not terribly clear.

  Agree with Magnolia. Definitely not a Yew Tree, although located in Yew Tree Lane.
