When to remove from Vitapod

As you will read bellow I am new to growing but am quite keen.
Hello I have grown tomatoes, sweet peppers, aubergines, and cucumber, and few others from seeds in my Vitapod, my plan is to continue the growth in my green house that has an oil filled radiator that comes on if the temperature drops to 4 degrees then goes of when temp hits 7. So my question is when should they come out of the vitapod as they are starting to get tall. And should heater stay on until the temperature is higher than 7.

Doesn't mean to say that lower temps will kill them but it will have a negative effect on their growth
