Raspberry canes not flowering

No, raspberries are shallow-rooted and the feeding roots are near the surface so they should be fine.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Thanks for the help folks, just a waiting game now and see how things go.
Also as we are in lockdown and theres nothing else to be at I've bought some lillys but one of them look a bit dead. Any ideas?
