    Great job @Thea2 :)
Might well be spearmint - it's very readily available.
You have plenty now - even better  ;)

@Fairygirl thanks! Yeah, still got the ones at the back to do, I think I’ll get loads out of some of them.

I’m hoping to make a ‘herb wall’ so I need a good number 😊 x

    Great idea @Thea2 :)
I have a  'green wall' [ well - fence] but it's a shady one, so not so handy for herbs, but it's good fun playing around with these ideas  :)

My spearmint ( smells like toothpaste or chewing gum) has large furry leaves,  not at all like @Thea2 picture, which is like my other one ( not sure if it's called chocolate because of it's dark brown stem.)

    You're probably right @purplerallim. :)
Long time since I've grown mint, as I don't like it.  ;)

As I said mine is in small tubs to put near the patio doors to keep mosquitoes away, does seem to work too.

That's interesting @purplerallim. Never heard of that.

Not something we're bothered with here though. Wonder if it would work for other insects too?

As I get badly bitten I was looking for something organic to help @Fairygirl . As I hate lavender, which was the other suggestion, I went for mint.

    That's really interesting @purplerallim :)
    I don't like lavender either  ;)
