Can you please tell me why my plants leaves are curling inwards ...

    Have you had some cold nights recently? They are hardy but the new growth can be affected. I'm assuming that's a variegated one and the colour is normal?
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    How is it planted? Pot? Ground? Where is it located?

    They cope with quite severe, sustained cold weather, but variegated plants are always weaker.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    It's in the ground & faces south & is in quite an open garden

    We had a few light frosts, but it was like that before the cold weather  & it is variegated

    It's possibly wind damage then.
    They do prefer some shade, so it's probably suffering from it's location a bit, especially if you have a few colder nights, and some windy weather. they get frazzled a bit, whereas the plain green ones tend to be ok.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
