Cherry Laurels

Planted 2 weeks ago.  Concerned about over watering as some leaves have turned a very light green on other plants.  But leaves suggest it def looks like it needs more water? Thoughts please?

    Oh dear, it isn't very happy, is it. It is much too close to the tree, which may be taking up all the water and blocking light. Your soil looks surprisingly dry and possibly a bit hungry. I would choose a place with much more room, dig a good big hole and mix the soil with well rotted manure, then plant in the normal way and water in well.
