Many of the Clematis alpina varieties are happy and flower well on a northwest facing fence.

I had a clematis Hagley Hybrid growing around a porch support.
It go no direct sunlight ever, but flowered its socks off all summer long

I haven’t tried it myself but Akebia quinata is another climber suggested for shade/north facing sites

    Pressed enter too soon..

We have Rosa Alfred Madame Carriere on a north west wall and she flowers well but she is very vigorous so you would need to keep her well under control. Beautiful flowers and scent though.

    Clematis, clematis, clematis  :)
If you have room horizontally @watts.trevor, you can add a second clematis to @Dovefromabove's alpina suggestion. There are loads which are happy in shade. You can pick one which will follow on from an alpina, like one of the Group3s,  or another which would complement the alpina. As long as you can give them the care they need, that will work well.

Check out the specialist sites Taylors, Thorncroft and Hawthornes, but be aware that deliveries may be difficult for the foreseeable.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
