  Looks like....Trachycarpus fortunei.....commonly called the Chinese windmill palm, windmill palm or Chusan palm.

  Yep, I have one too, it's considerably larger than the one in the photo.  A word of warning - if you are going to plant it out, give considerable thought to its eventual position.  We are having to live with one not being in quite the right place because it's too big and heavy for us to move!
