Unable to buy multi purpose compost

Here in France we are unable to buy multi purpose compost due to lock down of shops, I have lots of seedlings waiting to be potted on and only 1 small bag of compost. Any ideas anyone? I also have last year's hanging baskets, still alive, in the GH, again no compost to re-do them, will they survive in the old compost with addition of tomato feed? Could I utilise OH's compost heap?

    I'd use the stuff in the small bag for sowing seeds and sieve the stuff in the compost heap and mix it in with what you've got left from the bag.
