I order 100 buttonbush last year that just arrived.  Because I have such boggy conditions I wanted to try them.  Supposedly attract hummers and butterflies .  Do you grow this in the uk? I also am trying water oak 100 of these plants.

jamesholt  in UK button bush means Cephalanthus Occidentalis and is not common here.
We used to grow it in moist but not waterlogged soil. eg. Pond margin
But in USA growing conditions may well be very different.
With your smart red planter it will take no time tp pop in 100 baby shrubs.
Make sure you give them plenty of roon to grow.
