Just to add about the photos for identification,   It would be very helpful if people put a space between them,  lots of photos all running into one isn’t good for me.

Too many is hopeless too @Lyn.
Four or five at most is ideal at one go. Close up and whole plant.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • I just tried to edit my profile and am posting this just to see what happens. Completely agree about not putting too many plants in an ID question post as it's just confusing. If someone wants multiple plant IDs then it should be easy enough for them to make a few posts so its a bit easier to see the different plants in separate posts.

ive tried to edit my profile to add my location  ..but it says i dont have permission to edit my own profile..YOU WHAT   ??
@andymorris ... to edit your profile you need to sign out and then re enter the site by clicking on the Gardeners World logo in white at top left and sign in  via that ... you can then edit your details ... save and sign out again. That should’ve done it.

Thank you @Dovefromabove for your info yesterday, after many months of trying it worked doing it that way. When you have changed or edited something it will say at the bottom of the page that changes are saved.
