what shrubs are these?

Hi,
I have a few mature shrubs in my garden and would like to give them a more aggressive pruning this spring as they are slowly overtaking the garden and encroaching on each other.
I know I have buddleia but not sure what are the name of the shrub with silver leaves and the one that has red buds now and then reddish leaves?
Your advice would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure, but the second one could be Brachyglottis? There will be people who will know for certain.
